Detailed job description:
- Interact with business functional users and executives to understand business requirements
- Conduct business process analysis and create Fit/Gap report
- Create functional solution design to address business, interface and performance requirements
- Advise on complex MS Dynamics CRM (2015 & 2016, D365), CRM Portal business cases and propose comprehensive solutions based on MS CRM, 3rd parties and customizations
- Create functional requirement and functional design for projects and/or enhancements and also create user stories
- Conduct solution testing and assist with user acceptance testing
- Conduct user and administrator training
- Understand business process management and business requirements of internal and external clients and translating them to functional requirements for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Self-starter with ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities
Job Types: Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Salary: £260.00-£270.00 per day
