Description
This person will be supporting the team mostly by performing tasks such as record keeping and other administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Updating static data and actioning all new data set up to ensure that the data within the systems remains accurate and up to date.
- Making sure that new parts are fully functional within the system.
- Receiving, validating and actioning customer/supplier contract and static data changes.
- Conducting the validation process and data audits as required.
- Receiving, validating and updating data based on pricing files either from the customer or procurement departments.
- Identifying and introducing any new validation checks required from system developments.
- Implementing any new channels of communication required with relevant departments to improve an efficiency.
- Participating in improvement activities at department/company level to enhance business performance.
The successful candidate will have:
- GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.
- Good Microsoft Office.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Some supply chain knowledge.
- Motivation to learn.
- Great organizational skills.
- Data entry and database experience will be plus.
