Farm Worker (Livestock) – Torbay Coast and Countryside Trust
Maternity Cover – 37 hours per week, will involve weekend working as part of a rota - £11.50 per hour
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in the beautiful countryside of South Devon for a conservation charity where farming is a key part of its countryside management, benefitting both wildlife and people while producing a premium product.
Assisting with the day-to-day care of our 60 cow pedigree Ruby Red suckler herd and 150 Dorset/Suffolk cross ewes. You will be dedicated to the highest animal welfare and passionate about the quality beef and lamb we produce. Our herds are grazed on land rich in wildlife, with high levels of public use and all within an extensive organic system.
