Business Analyst - Data Flows
Location: Newbury & *Hybrid Working
Salary: Excellent basic salary plus bonus and Vodafone benefits
Hours: Full time 37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri

What you’ll do


As a Business Analyst your role will be key in ensuring the Network Development (ND) department deploys more infrastructure, in less time, by improving processes and surpassing quality targets.


Within your role you will run and contribute to a range of improvement forums and initiatives, cooperating with Network Development teams, Partners, Suppliers, Vendors, and other parts of Vodafone. This will cover areas such as Mobile and Fibre infrastructure delivery, Logistics, ways of working, Purchase Order, Network Configuration, Integration and Performance, Data, Tools, and Systems
Your focus will be to ensure continuous improvements and simplifications are identified, documented, prioritised, and implemented, covering processes, operating models, and tools.


Who you are


We are looking for two individuals with the following skills and attributes:

  • You will take a structured approach while also being comfortable with complexity and ambiguity
  • Familiar with Telecoms IT and Network architecture, with particular focus on Network Configuration, Integration and Performance and the flow of data between tools and systems, necessary to achieve these.
  • Experience of modelling processes in process , management tool, such as Signavio, ARIS, Visio
  • You will possess excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
