Head of Transactional Finance- Leeds £50,000 – 70,000 basic salary/ £150K OTE/ Car allowance/ Paid parking/ Private healthcare/ Annual overseas team holiday/ Additional monthly and quarterly incentives Harrison Sands are hiring for an experienced senior Transactional Finance recrutier to head up and drive team development for a major force within the UK professional services staffing market. One of 2022’s top 10 most profitable recruitment agencies with revenues topping £250 million last year. This role will sit under the UK Managing Director, with the expectation and budget to build the team to 6 heads by the end of 2023 and remit to supply within all of the transactional finance across Yorkshire including several key named client accounts sitting as part of the wider Accountancy and Finance division. This company has a fantastic career progression route, with one of their recently made Directors having joined at Divisional Manager level 2 years ago and received multiple promotions following, which is the path we would be expecting the hire made in this role.
