About the Role
Over a 3-year period, to develop management skills and to gain the CIPP Foundation Degree in Payroll Management qualification while undertaking a variety of payroll roles rotating through work placements across the Business Service Centre and Finance & HR functions. This will include supporting the delivery, development and implementation of appropriate and effective payroll & pension services for the County Council and our external customers.

To be successful you will need to ensure the services delivered meet customer expectations and that performance is in line with customer service level agreements, following industry best practise guidelines and to have excellent technical payroll knowledge with an understanding of the functionality of SAP and how it is applied.
