Business Analyst
The Client
One of the world’s leading industrial manufacturers with a presence in multiple sectors – Energy Production, Pharmaceuticals, Food Production, Shipping and Chemical Production – our client is a market leader with a track record of growth and acquisitions resulting in an impressive global footprint.
The business is going through an exciting period of change and growth, building on their existing market success. They have adopted a new ERP System – Microsoft Dynamics 360 F&O - which is currently being installed and integrated across 60+ sites around the world. It will be used daily by over 3000 employees.
The Objective
This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of business-critical projects and play a key role in one of the largest D365 transformation programmes of its kind, working to replace a number of heritage systems Globally.
This role is key in ongoing improvements and efficiency gains within our financial workflows whilst keeping within the organisation’s overall strategy, during a major global company project.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Business Analyst Operations, this role is positioned within Group IT Business Analyst team, working with colleagues you will collaborate with wider teams to create robust, enduring solutions.
The responsibilities of this role are varied and range from analysing existing processes and systems; designing, testing and implementing solutions; and providing training on these solutions to ensure smooth adoption of them. You will utilise KPI’s and support requests to identify improvements and efficient gains required as well.
This role would suit someone with an analytical mind with great relationship building and problem-solving skills. You will have a flexible approach to travel and a focus on delivery.
Experience Requirements
Understanding of basic financial accountancy principles
Process mapping and requirement gathering experience
Skill with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
The Successful Candidate
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Looks to have proactive approach to delivery and problem solving
Possesses flexibility on travel
