The opportunity
In this role you will work as part of the Supply Chain team, developing and monitoring the supplier base, as well as identifying and implementing sourcing strategies that have a positive impact on the business. Your contributions will help to deliver cost reductions, time savings and introduce new suppliers that will support future business requirements. You will be involved in make vs buy decisions and participate in and lead continuous improvement activities.
About You
The experience and knowledge that you have gained from previous roles will be of the highest importance for this position. You will have already worked in a similar supply chain position, developing new and existing suppliers, ideally within a manufacturing environment. Your ability to establish and build relationships, as well as effective communication skills are key in this role.
