Job description

We are an established contractor services provider, running both a successful Umbrella Company and Limited Company accountancy services for contractors who operate via our recruitment agency partners.

This is an apprenticeship vacancy supported by Next Level training who offer programmes for aspiring adults who may be interested in developing their skills, gaining a qualification and boosting their careers.

We are currently looking to recruit into our fast-paced sales team for an inbound consultant. This role is heavy focused on customer service, and tasks would include:

  • - Speaking to new clients over the phone to discuss services and obtain details for registration
  • - Managing your own workload to prioritise new business in a busy environment
  • - Data entry, inputting new starter information into company CRM
  • - Processing details in an accurate and timely way
  • - Working closely with other internal teams to ensure smooth set up of new clients
  • - Speaking to new customers and agency partners to deal with new and on-going queries
  • - Supporting the wider team throughout busy periods or absence
  • - Producing pay examples for workers, based on HMRC tax system
  • - Learning about different elements of employment around contracts, tax, pensions, attachment orders and other things that can affect a worker’s payments
  • - Opportunity to move into Account Management looking after designated agency partners as main point of contact

We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, and alongside administrative duties there is a strong focus on customer service within the role. A large part of this position is discussing payment illustrations in depth with potential clients covering multiple aspects of the UK tax system, so strong numerical skills would be advantageous.

Nasa as an employer:

- Full time position, 37.5 hours per week (on the job 20% allowance will be added for apprentices)

- 22 annual leave days + 8 days bank holiday as standard, with one additional day added per year of service (up to 25 + 8)

- On the job training and some training in other areas to help with overall company understanding

No previous experience in finance or accountancy is required.

Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship

Salary: £12,500.00-£14,000.00 per year
