Burger King team member at Butlin's is the face of the brand as they provide the initial and often the only contact with customers. They greet customers as they approach the counter, ask them for their food order preferences, communicate the order to the kitchen and ensure that the customers' order is provided to them in an accurate and time-efficient manner.
The purpose of the role:
- A natural ability to relate to a wide range of people
- Take and process orders accurately into the computer database
- Provide information on menu items and up sell products
- Cash Handling
- Ensuring cleanliness of all areas
- Ensure follow all health and safety and food hygiene requirements
- A problem solving attitude where nothing is ever too much trouble.
- Are able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
