Job description
Hourly Wages: £12 up (completed training will increase) + Meal break with pay
Working Hour: 40 hours and 5 days work weekly
Holiday pay : 35 Days
Job Duties:
- Cooking topping, making drinks
- Taking order to serve customers
- Managing shop operations and report to Operation Manager
- Managing trainee training, maintain the weekly rota
- Promote potential team members to become trainers
- Controlling inventory to ensure shops sufficient stock
- Managing the cleaning schedules to ensure work area is clean and tidy
- Ensure the normal operation and maintenance of machinery and equipment in the branch
- Keep a good communication between all Team members
- 煮珍珠、煮茶、點單、飲料製作、其他備料製作、開店準備、關店日結帳及日常店內清潔…等
- 維護店務環境清潔及簡易機器設備操作與保養
