Job description
Bee Bridal is a premium designer bridal dress shop in the centre of Harrogate, spanning over 3000sq. feet and set over four air-conditioned floors. We currently display over 700 dresses, as well as veils and accessories. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the team, initially working part time, with a view to increasing to full time hours for the right individual. Commission structure and rate of pay to be discussed.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in bridal fashion and the wider bridal industry, understanding how the dress forms a special part of a bigger picture for a bride to be. We expect our high standards of customer service and professionalism to be up kept within the day-to-day work of each of our employees.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in sales (this is essential) and have proven ability to meet targets
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- An interest in bridal or fashion, and the bridal industry as a wider sector
- Confidence to communicate appropriately with customers and suppliers
- A punctual and professional attitude to work
- High standards of care and attention to detail within their work and the presentation of the shop
- Experience or an interest in social media/marketing, and being able to support the Bee Bridal brand in developing further
- General computer literacy
Main responsibilities include:
- Supporting with dress consultations in order to drive sales
- Handling customer inquiries
- Working as part of a team to ensure a warm, personalised experience for each bride
- Supporting with the organisation and booking of fitting appointments
- Keeping the dresses in good condition through proper display and care when handling
Job Type: Part-time
Salary: £11.00 per hour
