As a Playworker you will:
- To assist the Club Supervisor and Leader in the day to day operation of the Breakfast and After School Club
- Assist in organising and the implementation of safe, creative and fun play activities/games
- To direct and support staff appropriately
- To deputise as and when required
The role:
* Help the children explore outdoors with walks to the park or playground
* Keep them entertained with fun activities like board games, arts and crafts, and baking (if you have a special skill or passion, you can teach the kids this too!)
* Supporting them with reading, homework, and extra school work they may have

You’ll love this role if:
* You’ve worked with children before as a volunteer, babysitter, or any previous role working with children.
* You’re a student who loves working with kids.
* You’re a trained childcare professional with experience in wraparound care, nurseries, or schools
Desirable:
* We are looking for an experienced playworker who has a sound awareness and knowledge of children with additional needs.
Hours: 7am - 9am and 2.30pm - 6.30pm Monday-Friday
Salary: Up to £11 per hour based on qualification and experience
