What will I be doing?
Working collaboratively with the marketing department and external agencies, the Marketing Assistant is responsible for supporting the delivery of a variety of tasks that enable the successful implementation of a range of digital and traditional marketing strategies across Brendoncare’s services. The role will support the whole team as well as provide advice and guidance to other departments ensuring consistency of brand use and helping to achieve the organisation’s residential occupancy, club membership and fundraising objectives.
It's an exciting time to be joining the marketing team at Brendoncare. We're about to open our newest home, St. Giles View in Winchester, creating a brand new website and our Brendoncare Membership is growing by the day.
What do I need to have to apply?
The Marketing Assistant is an integral part of the marketing team. Ideally you will have experience in a similar role, a broad skill-set and some flair for all things creative. You will have opportunities to shoot and edit video, and your social expertise will be put to good use scheduling content, creating engaging posts and constantly looking for new ways to drive performance on our channels. Whether it’s creating literature to support our sales team, writing informative blogs or drafting communications to key stakeholders, no day will be the same.
What can you offer me?
This is a Full Time role (35 hours a week) based at our office in Winchester with the opportunity to work from home and our Care Homes.
In return we are offering a salary of up to £25,000 per annum (Depending on Experience).
