An opportunity for you to join our fast-growing company. Due to an increase in current workload and sustained growth, the business now requires an experienced Bookkeeper.
You will need to demonstrate a clear career history as a Bookkeeper, with previous experience using accounting software Quickbooks a “must-have”.
Responsibilities:
- Raising Invoices
- Check & validate invoices from suppliers and contractors
- Management Accounts
- Bank Reconciliation
- Preparing and submitting monthly PAYE returns and managing the Pension Schemes.
- Checking holiday, sick pay, maternity pay and other ongoing calculations
- Managing and submitting Quarterly VAT Returns
- Liaising with HMRC when necessary
- Managing company accounts software Quickbooks
- Liasing with internal stakeholders
- General Bookkeeping duties
This is a part-time flexible contract, offering 60-80 hours work per month and we expect this to grow in time.

- bookkeeping, payroll and accounts admin: 5 years (required)
