Requirements:
S&A Partners is in search of a Bookkeeper. The successful applicants will have a minimum of two years’ experience in bookkeeping using QuickBooks Desktop and/or QuickBooks Online, and either an undergraduate or college degree. The successful candidates must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, experience using Microsoft Word and Excel, and a good understanding of interest rate and pro-rating calculations. Candidates should embody a self-starter mindset and be able to think of their feet and adapt to the various tasks at hand.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of this role involve working at various capacities for a group of companies under one corporation, including a trucking company, towing company, and management consulting. Tasks include bookkeeping for the group of companies as payroll processing and preparing cheques for vendors. This role is fast-paced and daily tasks vary with the above duties.
