Countryside Team Member - Kelling Heath Holiday Park

Salary: £22,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday

You will work in a safe, environmentally sensitive way, adhering to the Countryside Management Plan. You will have a ‘hands on’, ‘can do’ approach with a willingness to undertake a variety of duties from time to time.

What you'll do...

To assist the Countryside Manager with manual tasks such as:

  • Fencing
  • Grass cutting
  • Weeding
  • Hedge trimming
  • Strimming of verges
  • Tree work
  • Mulch chipping
  • Minor civil works relating to drainage or plot development.

This is not an exhaustive list, as we are a small team you may be asked to assist with other responsibilities across the Park.

What experience you'll bring...

  • Experience in timber fencing installation in a Countryside / Estate environment.
  • Previous countryside maintenance experience.
  • Experience in safe systems of work, example Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
  • Experience of dealing with customers

What skills you'll bring...

Desirable:

  • Chainsaw NPTC C&G Level 2 in Chainsaw Maintenance and Cutting
  • Lantra Strimmer
  • Lantra Pole Saw
