Our team is always on the lookout for exceptional talent and we are currently hiring a full-time Bookkeeper to work remotely.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Daily bank reconciliation and recording of transactions outside of AP/AR cycle
- Monthly close procedures (recording of amortization, prepaid expenses, posting of accruals)
- Completion of monthly financial reporting package
- Daily reconciliation of credit card transactions, postings of transactions outside of AP/AR cycle and obtaining and storing supporting documentation
- Tracking and preparing information for KPI reporting, including analyzing data to track progress towards established goals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify relevant KPIs, and reporting findings to senior management
- Checking KPIs for all departments to ensure accuracy and correctness.
- Tracking and preparing sales reports for commissioned employees
- Miscellaneous daily and monthly accounting duties as required
- Shift time: 9am-5pm
- Salary $50K, plus benefits
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial processes
- Highly proficient with QuickBooks Online, MS Office, Excel
- Experience with full-cycle accounting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
