£11.00 per hour whilst training
£11.45 per hour Minibus rising to £12.06 by March 2024
£12.30 per hour Big Bus rising to £13.00 by March 2024
Agreed pay rises during these dates
- Agreed Pay Rises your rate of pay will increase over the next year starting at £11.45 for our minibus drivers increasing gradually at stages of £11.83 in November and £12.06 by March 2024, for our big bus drivers this will start at £12.30 increasing at rates of £12.71 in November and by March 2024 £13.00
- Get paid to train and zero training costs as not only will you be earning from day one, we’ll also pay for all of your training costs to achieve a recognised national qualification in Passenger Transport and your PCV licence, worth around £4,000
- Typical annualised earnings of £25,000 increasing to £28,500
