The Role
An opportunity has arisen at Galanos House for an experienced Quality and Performance Manager, we are looking for a Registered Nurse or a level 4 diploma in Health and social care qualified individual with substantial audit experience.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of implementing audit and quality assurance processes within a health and social care setting with older people. By identifying key areas for improvement and staff development you will work along side the Practice Development Facilitator to help ensure training falls inline with improvements outlined in audits.
Experience of investigating adverse incidents and complaints is essential to succeed in this role, you will be expected to create scheduled and ad hoc reports on audit and compliance with regulatory compliance and best practice guidance. This role is an exciting opportunity to improve service delivery and ensure our beneficiaries are receiving the best care possible.
