We have an exciting opportunity for a Bookkeeper to join our amazing Greensleeves Care Team at our care home, Arden House!
Sitting at the heart of the Leamington Spa, the successful candidate will be working in a key position at our charming 33 bedded care home.
As our bookkeeper your role will entail, preparing and keeping records of financial information for use by the Registered Manager and Head Office. You will be required to carry out day to day sales and purchase ledger tasks. You will work with the Home manager collating resident’s information including preparing contracts, managing room diaries and liaising with Local Authorities.
What You’ll Need
- Strong numeracy skills
- Communication skills
- Experience of both working in an office in an administrative capacity
- Experience in manual and/or electronic bookkeeping.
- Relevant qualifications (in administration or bookkeeping) are not essential, nor is experience of having worked in a care home – although both would be preferred.
