The Role
Accountable to the CMA Service Manager, this role is responsible for coordinating Website leads, provide service bookings, follow-up and CVP and assist with company marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities & Accountability
- Contact customers and book them in for a Service trying to sell Service and Add-on Products or Services
- Handle incoming and make outgoing service booking calls for all relevant service operations
- Deal with any complaints and pass them to the relevant Service department Managers and Customer Relations Manager
- Send out MOT and Service Reminders
- Handle and book 1LINK bookings daily
- Contact and book in Motability customers for servicing and MOT
- Contact lapsed customers to book, modify or delete CRM records
- Telephone all customers after their visit to the Service department to make sure they are Completely Satisfied, making them aware the importance of completing Franchise Surveys
- Establish and maintain effective working relations with colleagues and other departments to promote effective cross-departmental relations
- Develop company knowledge through attending various training opportunities
