We are currently interviewing for a Full Time Videographer (20% filming / 80% editing) to work across our talents and projects including Charlie Sloth (Fire in the Booth, Au Vodka, Music Videos, Being Charlie Sloth), Ashville (Property Showcases, Ashville Weekly), Amazon (+44 Podcast), Bash The Entertainer (Sketches) as well a flow of new talents and projects.
Profile
Demonstrable Camera Operator and Video Editor skills with the ability to hit the ground running. You will be self motivated and also contribute creatively. Our apprentice will be involved in the whole process; from setting up shoots to the final approved video edits. You will be filming with various cameras, wrangling data, ingesting & logging as well as delivering 1st draft edits in an Apple Mac-Adobe Premiere Pro environment.
You should also have skills in (or desire to learn) After Effects, Photoshop and drone operation. A keen interest in Hip Hop music, trainers/fashion, urban/club culture would be a bonus. Camera’s and kit will be provided.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Support with producing, planning and coordination of shoots when needed
- Setting up shoots; cameras and lighting
- Film using range of DSLR, Mirrorless and Action Cameras
- Data wrangling
- Editing on Adobe Premiere Pro in an Apple Mac environment
- Colour matching and grading using Lumetri
- Exporting video versions to various specifications; eg YouTube, Apple Music, Instagram, Facebook
- Creating and delivering variations for socials
- Creative input throughout
- General organisation, coordination AND must be on point
Important – Please note
This role will involve working closely with well known personalities and high profile networks. As such, large degrees of professionalism will be required at all times with a degree of flexibility in your approach to work. You MUST have the willingness and ability to work unconventional hours and travel where necessary. You MUST be comfortable with travelling and long flights, sometimes last minute. You will need the relevant documents (passport) and permissions to travel.
You will be allocated time to complete your apprenticeship training and must take ownership of your commitment and progress.
A full clean drivers licence would be a bonus!
About the course –
Level 3 Content Creator
This course explores video production and editing, design, photography, post-production, broadcast and more. Learners are equipped with key skills, knowledge and behaviours to develop expertise and excel in their job role.
Apprentices are trained with the use of Adobe Creative Cloud suite including; Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop.
BCE’s unique training model offers our Content Creator apprentices the following:
- Monthly tutorials / industry masterclasses
- Online learning platform
- Video 1-1 tutorials
- Access to specialist guest speakers
- Support from an industry specialist assessor
Delivery sessions will include an in-person workshop format, webinar and remote learning options.
Candidate Profile:
- Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
- High energy level; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Display a professional and courteous manner to all clients, talent and staff
- Strong time management, sense of urgency and ability to hit deadlines.
Skill Required:
- Demonstrable video editing experience in either a personal, or professional environment.
- Flexible, adaptable team-player; ability to work as part of a unit.
- Ability to direct talent and clients in front of camera when necessary.
- Self motivator with excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to follow procedures and workflow systems set in place by management.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic understanding of social media channels; YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
- Ability to edit remotely on a MacBook Pro

You will work at So Incredible 80% of the time, and study in further education 20% of the time.
