Blow Moulding Process Operator (Plastics Packaging)£34,000 + depending on experience4 on 4 off, 2 days 2 nights, 12 hour shiftsDeeside, North WalesWe are looking for accomplished, professional, highly motivated and hands Blow Moulding Process Setters to join its developing business. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a thriving, fast paced environment for a company that continue to remain at the forefront of their industry.As our new Blow Moulding Process Setter, you will provide hands on technical support to achieving optimum operational efficiencies and in turn KPI targets. Your new role will involve:Working in accordance to safe working practices at all applying the principles of a zero-accident mentality;Completion of daily safety checks; Maintenance of a safe, clean, and tidy work area in cooperation with the other shift workersOptimise process setting in line with company KPIContinuous improvements with the aim achieving targeted cycle times and specified quality as quickly as possibleMaximise efficiency through set-up of ancillary equipment, including conveyors,Achieve best possible processing performanceCollaborate with Team members and Quality colleagues to achieve customer quality standardsLiaise with Production team over process actions taken, and advise on diagnostic signs and preventionExperience & Skills you will have:Plastics industry experience essential; blow moulding experience desirableA dynamic, proactive individual who possesses strong intellect, good logical fault-finding analysis capabilitiesPositive attitude and work ethic, with the ability to work in a team or independentlyExcellent attention to detail is a must;Proactive and dynamic approach to health, safety and environmental situations.Proactive and positive “can do” attitudeFull contractual benefits to be discussed at interview.Please click on the link to apply ensuring all of your contact details are correct.
