We are seeking to appoint two dynamic, ambitious and inspirational colleague to join our well regarded and ambitious schools.
One post will be based at our Castle School and the other will be based at Bridge Street School. Colleagues shortlisted for interview will be invited to express a preference. However, the appointing panel will place colleagues in the context they feel is a best match of skills, personal qualities and experiences.
This post is integral to our school and plays an important role in enhancing the opportunities for young people. This post would suit a passionate and motivated colleague who is experienced in working successfully with pupils, and finding innovative ways of maximising the potential of children with a range of social, emotional and mental health needs to ensure high levels of personal development and high levels of academic success.
As a learning/behaviour mentor you will need to share our commitment and vision and thrive as part of a team of likeminded colleagues. Our collection of schools is not only changing but also growing. As a result, this could lead to further progression opportunities within our schools over time.
The successful candidate will be able to engage and enthuse our pupils and work cooperatively within a diverse team of professionals from across the education and wider care landscape.
