#Strategy & Performance
You will be responsible for the implementation and execution of the company's overall strategy at regional level. You will implement the key actions defined by the Management Committee to support the Business Plan.
You will be responsible for the management of the properties within your scope, which means that the aparthotels excel in terms of economic performance, customer satisfaction and team motivation.
Your ability to manage and contribute to the development of internal projects is also a feature of this high value role.
Finally, you will highlight potential risk factors whenever necessary and propose an action plan to limit the impact of these risks.
#Management
As a "Doer" as well as a Manager, you will implement effective action plans that will contribute to maximising results. You will be responsible for the development of a culture of results and operational excellence designed to build loyalty and develop our client portfolios.
Your leadership and agile management skills also lead you to instil a dynamic of progress and a culture of change in order to unite the site managers and their teams.

You have a solid professional background in the hotel industry as a regional manager, or in the management of a hotel division. You are a true pilot in the management of a profit centre, and are at ease in implementing operational strategies.
As a leader, you have the desire to transmit your positive energy and know-how to help your teams grow individually and collectively in a remote organisation. You enjoy managing multiple projects and interacting with all teams in the company. You are fluent in English, both orally and in writing.

Today we are looking for a Operations Area Manager (OAM)who is ready to venture into overseeing the operations of a group of dedicated aparthotels in Europe and supporting our Unit Managers. The OAM strives to continuously ensure that the organisation strives for operational excellence, while identifying innovative and creative solutions to optimise results. To achieve this, he/she works closely with internal and external partners.
