Job description
We are looking to recruit part-time Bartenders to join our friendly team at NG-ONE Nightclub in Nottingham city centre. This is an exceptionally fast paced environment and the role is best suited to those who either have prior experience of working a busy, high volume sales bar, or those who are able to learn quickly, work well under pressure, have good stamina and an appropriate level of fitness to handle the high demand.
Working across the NG-ONE bars you'll develop a knowledge of our range of drinks and provide efficient service to our wide range of customers. You'll make sure the bar is clean and presentable at all times and handle cash accurately. Training can be provided for candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and ability to work calmly under pressure however some previous experience is most definitely preferred.
On a weekly basis we operate events across a Friday and Saturday night every week, and a Tuesday night during university term time. During freshers we are operating every day between Monday 18th Septmeber and Saturday 30th September. All candidates must be able to work at least 50% of shifts between these dates.
All roles are 0 hours, with staff nominating their availability and shifts are then allocated in order of response. We would expect that all staff would, on a normal week, work at least 1 of the events available to make it worthwhile.
Due to the nature of the role we can only accept applications from those aged 18+.
