Are you passionate about helping students with learning difficulties, physical difficulties, and/or behavioural difficulties?
Our college is seeking a dedicated support staff member to assist in creating a stress-free and accommodating learning environment.
As a support staff member, you will work closely with teachers to identify and prioritize students requiring in-class support, supervise students during free periods and lunch, and be responsible for their personal needs as required.
To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to form good relationships with students, understanding and experience of basic literacy and numeracy testing, and a firm and fair approach appropriate for young adults with a variety of needs. We are seeking a team player who is willing and able to handle additional duties as required.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
- Tenure of post: Permanent , Term Time Only (36 weeks a year)
- Hours of work: Various
- Salary : Up to £20,106.00 pro rata to part time term time only approx £14,250.00 per annum
- Pension : Local Government Pension Scheme (optional). This is an employee and employer contributory pension scheme.
