We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing Customer Success Team.
Why is this role important?
Working within the Support Team, the Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting and educating Breathe’s customers, resolving issues and ensuring customers have a successful product experience.
How a day might look like for you:
Respond to inbound queries via chat and phone and provide guidance and support to our customers to ensure they have the best product experience.- Logging, prioritising, resolving and escalating queries where necessary to ensure a prompt closure.
- Addressing customer needs and Identify friction points
- Ensure all support calls are handled timely and effectively.
- Communicate with customers through various channels to ensure a first class level of customer satisfaction.
- Become an expert in all Breathe products to confidently support our customers
- Ad Hoc work given by customer support manager
