- Providing exceptional customer service to Second Cup guests by upholding Second cup guiding principles.
- A love of coffee and café culture with café experience
- Making drinks, including blended and Espresso-based beverages
- Grow business by providing the best customer service to each guest from the first time they come in.
- Willing to learn and adapt to changes as new procedures and policies are implemented, and enthusiastically influence team members through changes.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business: may require early mornings, weekends, and evenings.
- Seeks opportunity to enhance the guest experience by providing recommendations for complementary and new products (e.g., food, merchandise, café cards etc.)
- Ensure the café and its equipment is clean, safe, and well maintained complying with all legal, regulatory and Second cup requirements. Damage and maintenance issues should be dealt with in a timely manner by discussing with managers while on shift or taking care of it when they are away.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: From $15.00 per hour
