Founded in 2007, PubLove’s mission is to turn British boozers into great British pubs, with backpacker’s hostels on the upper floors, and Burger Craft kitchens in the pubs – all under the tag line ‘Beer, Burgers & Beds’. As well as the simple business model, we are passionate about working with conscience – we have sustainability at the forefront of our minds when we make decisions, and work closely with conscious-forward suppliers and charities, as well as being committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion with the company. We currently have 6 sites, located in Central London.
We are on the hunt for a full-time or part-time team member to join our amazing and hardworking team at our busy pub, kitchen & backpacker hostel The Green Man in Paddington.
While some previous bar or waiting experience would obviously be an advantage, we place much more value on having the right people in our team. You can learn just about anything except a personality! So, the kind of person we are looking for would be friendly, enthusiastic, eager to learn & progress, hard-working and the kind of person that takes pride in their work.
If you are looking to start building your career in hospitality, this is the position for you! We will provide you with all the training and guidance you need to progress into more senior roles within the PubLove family and earn more as we take over London!
We'll provide you with:
A wage of £10.50 /hour
Online training with industry recognised qualifications
A 50% discount on food and a 30% discount in drink at any of our Central London venues
