More about the role:

You will work with the Site Deputy General Manager to ensure your unit provides an efficient, effective and consistent service to customers and clients in a coffee environment. Assist team members in their duties whilst adhering to company policy and procedure. Perform general duties which support the efficient running of your Unit.

Who you are:

Minimum of 2 years as a Barista
Ability to create effective relationships and collaborate internally at all team levels
Demonstrates Compass values and principles
Understands and has knowledge of Client Food Program
Ability to learn and effectively implement directives
Strong communicator that can confidently speak at team and middle management levels within the business
Communicate and collaborate across many teams about projects taking place within their own unit
