Job description
To undertake various clerical duties associated with the custody and use of Health Records. This to include all administrative procedures and documentation associated with a patient's admission and/or attendance to the Trust, as outlined in the Patient Access Policy.
It is expected that staff will undertake duties relating to any aspect of service provided by the Health Records Team and at any of the Departments in The Royal Wolverhampton Hospitals NHS Trust.
It is expected that staff will be able to demonstrate a significant level of initiative in organising their workload and in taking decisions and action within clearly defined limits.
To ensure patient confidentiality is maintained at all times.
