They are currently searching for an Executive PA to join their award-winning Executive Search Firm.
The Executive PA will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and members of the Board to provide excellent administrative support and act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
This will be a hybrid role with 3 days a week in the London office.
Key areas of focus:
- Diary and appointment management including travel arrangements.
- Handling enquiries by telephone and email.
- Manage client & candidate records and maintain the organisation’s database.
- Monitor responses/applications received via all social media channels and make sure that candidate’s applications are processed efficiently.
- Understand and meet agreed PSL Service Level Agreements.
- Format information for internal & external communication – memos, emails, presentations, and reports.
- You will be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of applications, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Any other ad-hoc duties that are within the capabilities of the post holder and may be required from time to time.
