Job description
As a Barback you will be responsible for backing up the bartenders and will be under the supervision of the Bar Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness behind the bar and the unit as a whole
- To champion the service criteria at all times
- Ensure that all guest receive a high quality product
- Performing all opening, running and closing procedures as trained and dictated by the training manual and the Manager on Duty
- Using the correct tab and till procedure when processing orders
- Performing any reasonable tasks as requested by the Manager on Duty
- Collect, wash and restock all glass and barware for repeated bartender use
- Efficiently and continuously re-stock bartender serving stations with liquor, ice, straws, napkins etc as necessary for bartender use
