Bar Supervisor Solihull

Avaliable Job Today Olton Golf Club are looking for enthusiastic bar supervisor to join our team at a prestigious private members club. We are looking for someone to be a key holder for the premises. You would be required to work weekdays/evenings/weekends. Ideally, we are looking for applicants with previous bar experience, hospitality exerience and possible personal license. The successful applicant would be offered a casual contract, as golf is very seasonal, in the winter there would be 15-20 hours available and in the summer 20-30 hours. These all depend on the needs of the business.
The list of responsibilities would include:
- Cashing Up Tills
- Locking up the Premises in the Evenings
- Running the bar in the absence of the bar manager
- Reporting to the house manager
- Working individually or as part of a team.
- Possible cellar management
