KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Project Related Support:
- Accurately prepare questionnaires / quotas / instructions etc.
- Booking venues/ refreshments.
- Progress chasing.
- Preparing participant grids.
- Organising validation.
- Quality control.
- Organising iPads (outbound and returns).
- Closing projects for ISO compliance.
Questionnaire Scripting:
- Using the Forsta platform to accurately programme questionnaires for use in Online and Offline environments. (Training provided)
- Work alongside the Field Team to deliver accurate scripting of questionnaires and recruitment screeners.
- Provide additional layer of support in checking scripts created by other members of the team.
- Keeping abreast of the technological advancements in the packages we utilise and help to implement innovation.
Data handling:
- Download and thoroughly check data from questionnaires scripted.
- Create simple topline reports for the project management team to review.
- Export and deliver simple data files.
- Edit data (where necessary and as directed by the Project management team) within the Forsta platform.
General Office Support:
- Day to day administrative support to all project managers. To include ..
- o Answering the telephone / making calls as required.
- o Typing / preparing documentation as required.
- o Emailing / photocopying.
Accuracy:
- Apply the maximum attention to detail in all tasks conducted.
- Adopt and work within QRS’s clearly defined working procedures.
Quality Assurance:
- Using and maintaining systems and processes to ensure that fieldwork is delivered in accordance with ISO 27001:2017 and ISO 20252:2019 and delivered to the highest standards.
- Compliance with the MRS Code of Conduct.
- Ensuring all quality control procedures are followed.
- GDPR Adherence – ensure that all duties are conducted in-line with GDPR guidelines. Help to ensure these practices are covered off at a departmental and company level at all times.

Information Security:
Responsibilities
- Ensure you comply with the company’s Information Security Policy and ensure all confidential information is kept secure.
- Ensure you comply with other policies and procedures referred to in the Information Security Management System.
- Ensure you complete all ongoing Information Security Awareness Training within the required time frames.
Authorities
- Refer to Company Organisation Chart for full details of Authority controls and permissions.
- Only undertake tasks that are within your authority.
- To follow the Change Management process and liaise with the IT Director, DPO and Board as required.
Any other duties consistent with the level and responsibility of this position as may be required:
- Provide assistance/support to other departments, as necessary.
Skills required:
- Good IT and technical abilities across a variety of packages.
- Good working knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Accurate typing ability.
- Well organised, accurate and attentive to detail.
- Able to work as part of a small team, willing to take on others’ roles / tasks as required.
- Able to work on a number of tasks simultaneously and to switch priorities.
- Able to use own initiative and work independently when required.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of social media platforms.
