Role Purpose
Reporting directly into the Director of Business Development & Commercial Excellence, this is a business critical role to support our rapid growth plans for our prescription medicines portfolio. You will have full responsibility & accountability for the development, delivery and implementation of the optimal Sales force effectiveness (SFE) programs for Field Force to achieve key business objectives across identified brands in the Promoted Brands, Generics & Specialty portfolios.

This role would be ideal for either a high performing SFE Analyst ready for their next career move, or a current SFE Manager looking to utilise their strategic experience to shape and further develop this recently created new role.

- Ideally Degree level education and/or Sales Force Excellence qualification highly desirable
- Strong track record in a Sales Force Excellence role within the pharma sector is essential along with knowledge of the development and implementation of programs to include Go-to-market management, Segmentation & Targeting, Territory Alignment, Incentive setting and performance management
- Excellent analytical skills with a data driven mindset to enable commercially focused recommendations
- In-depth knowledge of CRM reporting systems preferably Veeva CRM and advanced
- Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills with well developed project execution experience
