Role – Bar Supervisor
Salary – £11.90 p/h
Hours – Full Time

Our Bar Supervisor will be taking on more responsibility and using their existing knowledge and skills to assist with leading the bar team. We are looking for a passionate, committed and self-motivated individual ready to take on a new challenge.
Bar Supervisor Responsibilities
- Supervise the bar team & oversee the operation of the bar(s)
- Deliver outstanding customer service and providing a unique customer journey
- Oversee set-up/break down
- Manage customer complaints
- Oversee cleaning, due diligence and food safety
- Schedule breaks
- Deliver on-going training
- Assisting with wet stock audits, line counts and stock rotation
- Hold Supervisor meetings

Someone who…
- has experience working in a customer facing role, bar work preferable
- has been a supervisor or team leader
- has demonstrated excellence in customer service
- has experience working in a fast-paced environment e.g. hospitality
- is a team player
