Salary £70500 - £88000 depending on experience + bonus
Overview
A key role where you’ll be creating, developing and implementing a strategic marketing vision to drive the growth, profitability and retention for our Corporate segment in UK Insurance.
You’ll manage our Corporate value proposition to bring to life our ambition to be the trusted advisor for our workplace health and wellbeing.
You’ll lead a team of professional marketers to deliver industry recognised marketing excellence.
The role
- Responsible for ensuring that customer offerings are differentiated, competitive, compelling and customer-centric and are deep rooted in customer need.
- Development, design and delivery into market of new products, services and propositions.
- Lead a team of professional marketers
- Deliver a clear and targeted plan to achieve our corporate and Business & Specialist Products marketing objectives.
- Lead the development and implementation of our content marketing strategy.
- Drive a focus on loyalty, CRM, Rewards programs and in group growth as a key revenue driver for the business.
- Support our new business, renewal, and client management activity.
- Develop and implement an efficient and impactful marketing strategy tailored for the relevant markets
- Accountable for the measurement and subsequent optimisation of all Corporate marketing campaigns.
- Ownership and accountability for budgets.
- Oversee the implementation and delivery of overall Marketing Annual Operating Plan for Corporate and Intermediary segments.
- Risk Management
- Inspire, manage and develop team members to maximise their contribution and job satisfaction.
- Support the delivery of complex communications plans.
You
- Impressive success in a marketing and communications role, ideally in a complex, regulated organisation – Financial Services would be ideal.
- Experience of marketing strategy development and implementation across the full marketing mix -brand awareness, preference and conversion
- A skilled people manager, able to lead a high performing team.
- Proven success in developing integrated, audience-centric campaigns.
- Ability to lead and deliver multiple high-profile projects at pace without support.
- Confident, engaging, determined communicator with experience of corporate / board level selling, persuasion and negotiation.
