Join our team as one of this year's Compton Bay Welcome & Service Assistants.
This is a wonderful opportunity to work with thousands of our coast and countryside visitors in a welcoming and supportive role.
This fixed contract is four days a week throughout the summer and work days will be dependant on visitor demands, weather and availability.
This is an outdoor opportunity working primarily in our 17 miles of coastline but may also be across all our places that make up the Isle of Wight portfolio, including 5,500 acres of countryside much of which are areas of outstanding natural beauty, unique historic attractions, and features, four pay to enter properties and 17 holiday cottages.
Interviews will be held on the 2nd of June.

What you'll be doing:As a Welcome & Service Assistant, it’ll be your role to ensure that the welcome our visitors receive is perfect, setting them up for an amazing experience for the rest of the day.
You’ll be responsible for answering queries and assisting visitors to get everything they need from their visit. Growing support for our cause will be a key task whether through engaging visitors in activities, recruiting new members, or generally talking everything we are doing and why we do it.
