Job Title: Match Bar & Floor Staff
Join us for our upcoming rugby championship season! Our new season commences in September, kicking off with a premiership cup fixture featuring Ealing Trailfinders vs Northampton Saints. We have multiple opportunities available for match day bar & floor staff to hone their hospitality skills throughout the Ealing Trailfinders Men's Championship & also our Ealing Trailfinders Women's Premier 15s 23/24 season.

Job Summary:
We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Match Day Bar & Floor Staff. As a member of our team, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service and creating a vibrant atmosphere during match days and other exciting events at our establishment.
Your primary responsibilities will include bartending, serving customers, managing event logistics, and ensuring a memorable experience for all patrons.
Responsibilities: Include but not limited to –
- Bartending, Beverage, Hospitality & Food Service:
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Take orders from customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service and comply with legal drinking age regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Report maintenance, accidents and health & safety issues using the company procedures
Customer Service:
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers in making beverage choices and provide recommendations.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and courteously.
- Ensure a positive and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
Event Management:
- Set up and dismantle event spaces according to the event requirements.
- Assist in coordinating and executing various events, such as live match days, themed parties, and promotional activities.
- Monitor event activities to ensure guest safety, compliance with regulations, and adherence to venue policies.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations during events.
Point of Sale (POS) System:
- Accurately process customer payments.
- Handle credit card transactions, and operate the POS system efficiently.
General Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the venue.
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
- Comply with health regulations and alcohol service guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Attend staff briefings and training sessions as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in bartending, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
- Strong knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Outstanding customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Shift Patterns & Rate:
- Your main shift pattern will be scheduled for all match days. (Dates confirmed once applicant is successful)
- Opportunity for paid overtime where available.
- The rate is £11.00 per hour
