Job description
The Production Administrator will have a good knowledge of the business and the process of the factory from start to finish. Ensuring all jobs processed are up to the high standard expected and creating/raising jobs for the factory. Processing daily orders promptly to ensure the most up to date information is passed onto production supervisors.
· Input of production completions into ERP system
· Raising production jobs for all areas of the factory
· Updating spreadsheets to track information from each production job
· Monitor and report production card accuracy.
· Processing daily chilled orders received from both Lidl & Aldi
· Data Entry – Transfers, Raising Purchase orders, Receipting purchase orders
Competencies:
· Basic planning ability
· Excellent written & verbal communication skills
· Proficient with Microsoft Office, in particular MS Excel
· Strong understanding of “What good looks like” in a warehouse environment
· Good organisation skills
· Attention to detail
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
