An exciting opportunity has arisen at our Norwich branch for a Trainee Service Support person.
Reporting the Aftersales Manager you will be fully trained in all functions of the Service department including administration, bookings and front desk support.
Key accountabilities include:
Creation of service department job cards and invoices
Compilation of departmental documentation to support company policies and procedures
Data inputting, typing, filing, photocopying
Compliance with manufacturer warranty procedure
Answering telephone calls to service dept and directing as appropriate
Contacting customers to arrange collection/delivery of vehicles
Contacting customers to update on progress of work and gain authorisation
Ensuring compliance with Hand Safety requirements.
