we currently have the amazing opportunity for an experienced Bar staff to join our highly successful team at our new Guildford venue due to open soon.

We are looking for individuals with a real interest in delivering outstanding hospitality, energy and drive to succeed and a desire to be the best. Ideal candidates would be an advantage to have previous experience in a bar work or a similar high quality beverage environment but not essential as training is given.
In return for your passion and commitment, we offer a great package including remuneration plus tips, and training programme.
You’ll be working on a part time basis and the shifts available are day and evenings. We’re looking for Bartenders who have:

• A proven track record in great customer service, showing an understanding & responding pro-actively to customers’ needs.
• Previous Cocktail Bartender experience an advantage.
• Barista experience an advantage although training is available.
• A genuine passion for mixology willingness to learn.
• Fantastic attention to detail
• The ability to communicate clearly and openly with colleagues.
• An ambitious and forward-thinking nature - focusing on the future, not just today possessing a desire to develop with our substantial training program.
• A desire to be innovative – always seeking out and suggesting new ways of doing things to improve yourself and your team’s performance.
