As a Bank Support Worker, you will be key in supporting adult’s with complex needs within their own home and within the community. We are looking for positive, compassionate, and caring support workers who have the right values and attitude to grow and develop with Gray healthcare.
The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for candidates who share our values, understand the importance of a consistent and empathetic approach, whilst staying calm and professional when presented with a pressurised situation. You need to be a team player with effective communication skills, We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience as a Support Worker within a Mental Health setting.
You will need to possess an NVQ/QCF Level 3 or equivalent, or be willing to work towards. You will be motivated and have a can-do attitude, and work within a Positive Behaviour Support Framework.

Gray Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bank Support Worker to join their specialist Busy Bee Bank Team across the Lincoln area covering shifts at any of the 5 packages we support.
We support 5 individuals in the Lincoln area within their own home who may have EUPD, Personality Disorder, Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), Bipolar, Epilepsy and people whom require support with their Mental Health conditions.
You will be an instrumental part of the bank support team and will receive outstanding clinical support, leadership and person-centred training.
As a bank worker, you would be offered shifts when they were available which are flexible to fit around your other work or responsibilities. We can also be flexible around hours/shift times.
