My client is a Legal 500 recognised law firm, who specialise in high-quality legal services and is looking for a Senior Immigration Solicitor (ideally with + c.3 years PQE) to join their successful Immigration team. The successful candidate will ideally possess a good working knowledge of Skilled Worker visa applications, Sponsor Licence management & compliance. The candidate must have practical working experience in servicing a diverse range of clients, from start-ups to FTSE 250 companies.

- Staying updated with immigration law and policy: Immigration law is subject to frequent changes and updates. It is your responsibility to stay current with developments in immigration law and policy, ensuring that your advice and representation to clients are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with the latest regulations.
- Managing complex immigration cases: You will handle a caseload of complex immigration cases, which require careful attention to detail and a comprehensive understanding of the relevant legal frameworks. - Collaborating with colleagues: Working collaboratively with colleagues across the firm is essential to provide clients with the best possible service. - Qualified solicitor with significant experience: You should be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of three years of post-qualification experience (3 PQE) in UK immigration law. This experience equips you with the necessary expertise to handle complex immigration cases effectively.
