We are looking for a collaborative team player that strives to deliver outstanding Marketing and Commercial execution. Being a part-time role (2 days per week), we will look to be flexible around hybrid working and family life to find an awesome new colleague to work with.

Core Responsibilities
Brand Planning and Implementation
- Working with the team to support, develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that drive brand equity and build active consumers.
- Review competitors’ activity and changing market needs to facilitate modifications on brand plans when needed.
- Handle external agency partners and partner relationships and plan and run budgets related to multiple brands and marketing campaigns!
- Work cross-functionally with partners both internally and externally to gear the owned / earned / shared / paid (OESP) activities towards sales and brand impact.
- Collaborate with the Regional team to improve coherence of marketing activities and contribute to the function of the Marketing Value Chain
Business Management
- Analyse and evaluate brand, campaign performance, and initiate corrective actions on an ongoing basis and establish outstanding retailer strategies in conjunction with the sales team.
- Enable and support brand team to work collaboratively on product forecasting, driving strong business management cross functionally!

Do you have what it takes?
- Experience in Brand Management and Consumer Goods Marketing
- Knowledge of key digital, marketing and media trends within the UK
- Experience working with partners and agencies.
- Strong analytical and collaborative skills
- Effective at building strong networks where storytelling and convincing others comes naturally.
- To be brave, to challenge others with an eye on improvements and a commercial approach.
- A curiosity to learn and share those findings with others.
- A caring nature for our brand, people and partners and a focus on results
