We have over 400 lawyers working nationwide across multiple disciplines. They are supported by a 130+ team at our head-office in Guildford which includes reception, admin, secretarial, marketing, sales, business development and lawyer wellbeing teams.
Our Lawyers are at the heart of our business and to support them in reaching their full potential as a Setfords consultant, we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Customer Care Executive. The key focus of this role is to build and maintain trusting relationships with the Lawyers, our customers. You will be responsible for their wellbeing, ensuring that they are listened to and feel fully supported. Our wellbeing team are looking for the ideal candidate that strives to exceed all expectations in the care and support that they can provide.
Your days will be spent on the phone, proactively calling our network to ensure we are delivering our promise to provide first class support. To succeed in this role you should be resilient and driven, have excellent communication skills, a customer oriented mind-set and an ability to build rapport at all levels.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to)
- Build and nurture relationships with of our network of lawyers;
- Action queries in a timely and effective way;
- Resolve any issues identified in a professional and supportive manner;
- Make introductions to enable collaborative working opportunities;
- Keep up to date with market/competitors;
- Understand our systems in order to provide confident support;
- Ensure internal records are kept up to date;
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in a Customer Services or Account Management role;
- A track record for delivering superb client care;
- Professional telephone manner;
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well at all levels;
- A desire to deliver the best possible service;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Passion for helping people and providing personalised care;
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate others;
- Competence to maintain a high level of confidentiality and respect;
- Analytical skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks;
- Experience in a handling high volumes of telephone calls would be advantageous;
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
