We are seeking a positive, customer-focused individual to provide an excellent standard of customer service to students, staff and visitors to the College at the Reception desk. Based primarily at Hayes Campus, and working at Uxbridge Campus if required, you would deal effectively with all incoming telephone calls, operate the switchboard and record all enquiries on the database. The role would also involve dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, taking payments from students during enrolment periods and carrying out general administration.
You should possess excellent customer service skills, with experience gained in a customer-facing role, and be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of people. The ability to remain positive and calm under pressure is also required, and experience of working with young people is desirable.
We are seeking someone who is able to work either mornings and/or afternoons on a flexible basis. You will be based at Hayes Campus, but will be required to work at Uxbridge as/when required.
